Servicing & Repairs

At Oranges & Lemons we can help with repairs on most of the brands we sell, please see our brands page for the brands we can support. If your product manufacturer is not on the list it is unlikely we would be able to source parts and we recommend you contact a dealer that sells your brand.

Please note that not everything is repairable or indeed economical to repair depending on its age and value, and the complexity of the repair or fault. In addition manufacturers will often keep spare parts for a limited time.

If an item is serviceable some repairs are possible in store but in most instances the product will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment and or repair.

In store repairs are charged at £95 per hour plus parts. 

Manufacturer repairs are subject to a the manufacturers repair cost, our £40 handling fee, and any courier charges to and from the manufacturer.

For all equipment we recommend you contact us first with the make and model and possibly the serial number, in order to discuss options.
