REPAIRS AND SERVICING POLICY
If your product is faulty or requires an update or upgrade we are very happy to help with repairs and servicing on most of the brands we sell
Unfortunately we are unable to help with repairs of brands outside of our portfolio.
We offer LP12 servicing and turntable cartridge fitting in our shop.
We do not repair other items ourselves in-store, so most products deemed faulty and repairable
will be sent to the manufacturer in a suitable box for diagnosis / repair.
If the product cannot be economically repaired (see below) and has reached the end of its viable life,
then there are a number of recycling options available to you and we can best advise on a suitable quality replacement.
For all equipment contact us with the make and model and possibly the serial number,
in order to discuss options, before bringing the item in to us (ideally clean and in it's own original box).
We will always endeavour to provide genuine advice and reasonable charges.
