    We believe that purchasing the right product the first time, with the benefit of expert advice and proper demonstrations, represents far greater value than simply chasing the lowest advertised price.

    Why We Can't Always Match Every Price

    From time to time, larger retailers may advertise products at extremely low margins or use selected products as loss leaders to generate sales elsewhere in their business. Whilst we respect every retailer's right to set their own prices, we do not believe that a continual race to the bottom benefits customers, manufacturers, or specialist retailers in the long term.

    Our goal is to offer fair and sustainable pricing that allows us to continue providing the expertise and service that our customers value, including:

    We will always be honest, transparent and fair.

    If you find the same product available at a lower price from an authorised UK retailer, please let us know before you purchase. We will make every effort to offer the most competitive price we can. We may not always be the absolute cheapest. However, we strive to offer the best overall value and a level of service that simply cannot be measured by price alone.

    Conditions

    To qualify for our Price Promise:

    • The product must be identical, including model number, finish, and specification.
    • The competitor must be an authorised UK retailer for the brand concerned.
    • The item must be new, genuine UK stock and available for immediate purchase.
    • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
    • Delivery charges, installation costs, finance offers, cashback promotions, trade-in schemes, gift vouchers, marketplace listings, auction sites, and pricing errors are excluded.
    • We cannot match prices from private sellers, overseas retailers, grey-import suppliers, or unauthorised dealers.
    • Clearance, liquidation, end-of-line, open-box, ex-display, refurbished, and used products are excluded unless specifically stated.
    • Any price match is offered at our discretion and may be subject to stock availability.
