What is 'Reserve for in store collection' and why aren't all of your products available to 'post or deliver'?

Different suppliers have different policies regarding shipping, some require that you physically come in to the store to get the benefit of advice and demonstration and in addition some items require professional installation and/or setup as part of our dealer agreement and to ensure you get the very best performance from your investment. Although not all our items are available as direct 'add to basket' we can often arrange to deliver the items and install the equipment ourselves. There is usually a charge for these services so please contact us first and we can discuss any queries and options with you.

Is everything that is on your website, available to view and audition in store?

We do stock many of the items featured on our website, but due to the large range of equipment we offer and the variety of finishes and options on some products it would be impractical to stock all products in all finishes. Some products will be special order, and stock levels rise and fall on popular items, so if you are coming in to see a particular item please contact us first to check we have it available. A few brands are mail order only and we do not generally have them on display in the showroom.

If I drive and collect is there parking available near your store?

Yes, we are located on a mixed residential and commercial street and there is reasonably priced pay and display parking both outside and in the surrounding streets. It is free after 5.30pm if you want to check our the local restaurants in the evening to celebrate your purchases!

The original Chord Sarum was our most invisible speaker cable, designed (like all Chord cables) to have minimal effect on the audio signal. Every element of the build needs to be considered.
Sarum T builds on the success of its award-winning predecessor and introduces our breakthrough proprietary insulation material, Taylon®, bringing a major performance upgrade. Sarum T brings the remarkable benefits of our proprietary dielectric at a new, more accessible price level. Previous generations of Sarum Super ARAY cables have featured a PTFE dielectric. The upgrade to Taylon® introduces a raft of performance benefits.
Dedicated bi-wire links are also available, which replace the pressed metal links supplied with bi-wire loudspeakers.
Sarum retailers all have demonstration sets of cable that you can take home and try. When you do try it, just remember that it’s your music collection you’re listening to, not your hi-fi and not the speaker cable.
This speaker cable is built to order at our UK factory and sold in terminated sets, each fitted with ChordOhmic 4mm banana plugs or ChordOhmic spade connectors.

Different suppliers have different policies regarding shipping, some require that you physically come in to the store to get the benefit of advice and demonstration and in addition some items require professional installation and/or setup as part of our dealer agreement and to ensure you get the very best performance from your investment.

Although not all our items are available as direct 'add to basket' we can often arrange to deliver the items and install the equipment ourselves.

There is usually a charge for these services so please contact us first and we can discuss any queries and options with you.

We do stock many of the items featured on our website, but due to the large range of equipment we offer and the variety of finishes and options on some products it would be impractical to stock all products in all finishes. Some products will be special order, and stock levels rise and fall on popular items, so if you are coming in to see a particular item please contact us first to check we have it available. A few brands are mail order only and we do not generally have them on display in the showroom.

Yes, we are located on a mixed residential and commercial street and there is reasonably priced pay and display parking both outside and in the surrounding streets. It is free after 5.30pm if you want to check our the local restaurants in the evening to celebrate your purchases!
