Collaro Audio Precision Turntable Mat

  Designed as a direct replacement for the supplied platter mat of many high quality turntables, this mat is the result of many years of research and is a high quality 100% wool woven cloth with felt-like smooth facings, produced as a result of the finishing process. It provides a precise support of the record on the platter whilst protecting the groove from damage that can be sustained using a hard surface such as glass or metal.

  White
  The Collaro Audio white precision cloth turntable mat is identical in manufacture to the Rega NAIA mat, branded with the Collaro Audio logo in gunmetal grey, and is produced with Rega's full approval.
  The mat is a woven 100% wool construction and lies perfectly flat on the platter. The logo is printed on a white layer on one side, so if you’d prefer to use it logo side downwards, the visible print-through is reduced to a minimum. The sonic benefit of the Collaro mat over a standard compressed felt mat has to be heard to be believed.
  The design of all Rega turntables means that VTA adjustment is not necessary so this is a 'fit and enjoy' upgrade
  The mat may be used either side uppermost with identical results.
  
• Black
  Our new Mat Black is crafted from a premium version of the material we select for our Precision Cloth Mats and delivers the same level of performance. It is striking yet subtle, with its satin black logo printed onto one face of beautifully smooth matt black cloth for a really 'stealth' look. Following on from the success of our 100-year Anniversary Mat from 2020, which was strictly limited to 100 examples, it is the only serious alternative to our classic maroon mat.
• If replacing a thick rubber or felt mat, the stylus VTA (Vertical Tracking Angle) may need adjustment.
